About the Firm
Rainwind & Co. is an independent advisory platform founded on the belief that execution is the ultimate differentiator.
We work at the intersection of strategy, capital, and growth, bringing institutional-quality thinking to founders, operators, and investors. Seven disciplines. One platform. Boutique by design, global by network.
We work across aviation, aerospace, AI, travel and hospitality, technology, media, telecom, consumer goods, real estate, philanthropy, and beyond.
Building ventures from the ground up. We help founders and enterprise teams move from nascent idea to viable business — shaping concept, strategy, business plan, and launch execution from day one.
A structured exploration of innovation levers — including AI — to fundamentally transform how organizations operate, compete, and grow in an era of accelerating change.
Full-cycle VC, PE, and real estate deal advisory — from sourcing and diligence to execution and post-deal value creation. We work with both investors and investees at every stage.
Helping US and overseas businesses navigate new geographies. Market entry strategy, partnership development, and operational execution for companies extending their global reach.
Via our global creative network, a complete branding and marketing offering — from identity and positioning to campaign and channel — for clients seeking elevated market presence.
Fractional or full-time strategic leadership across finance, strategy, and marketing — for businesses at inflection points that need seasoned leadership without the permanence.
ESG strategy, philanthropic architecture, and mission-aligned initiatives that create lasting value beyond the balance sheet. Doing well and doing good — by design, not afterthought.
